From the classroom to the markets
My Story
Before I was a trader, I was an elementary school teacher. As a single mom, I wanted a career that would give me more flexibility and time with my son. That search led me to directional options trading—and eventually to a new way of teaching. My father introduced me to options trading in 2013, and I began learning through Simpler Trading. I later contributed to the third edition of John Carter’s Mastering the Trade.
Today, I’m a mom of three, and teaching is still at the heart of what I do. I love breaking down complex ideas into practical steps, whether you’re learning to read a chart or refining a strategy you already use.
My goal is to help you understand the reasoning behind a setup and develop a process you can return to as the market changes.
I’m the author of The Ultimate Kids’ Stock Market Adventure Workbook for Ages 10+, available now on Amazon. It introduces young readers to stock market concepts through puzzles, activities, and investing facts.
My forthcoming book, Sharpen Your Trading Edge: 10 Steps to Mastering Directional Options Trading, is coming soon. It brings together the process, strategies, and lessons behind my approach to the markets.
